Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garments are free of any marks or scents.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or ship your new size.
